About
What we're
here to do.
Visibility accelerates change.
What Supply Chain Women is
Supply Chain Women is a visibility platform and searchable directory of expert women working across supply chain, logistics, transport, procurement, manufacturing, operations, warehousing, shipping, retail supply chain and supply chain technology. Alongside the directory we publish career stories, list events and groups, and connect the sector with the people already driving change.
Who it's for
It's for journalists, editors, podcasters, event organisers, awards teams, employers, recruiters and allies who want to find women for speaking, media, judging, mentoring, panel, board and advisory opportunities - and for the women themselves, so their work is easier to find. It's also for groups, associations, industry bodies and partners who want to collaborate, celebrate and support progress across the sector.
Why it exists
Women across the sector are already delivering extraordinary work. Too often it's told to "speak for itself" - and doesn't. Supply Chain Women exists to make that work easier to see, and to create more routes into speaking opportunities, media coverage, awards, communities and leadership. When more women are visible, more women see what's possible; when everyone can see what's working, the sector learns faster and change accelerates.
THE MISSION
SEE MORE WOMEN.
HEAR MORE WOMEN.
HIRE MORE WOMEN.
Our core values
THREE BELIEFS WE LIVE BY.
01
Collaboration
Progress moves faster when women, allies, employers, groups and sector partners work together. Supply Chain Women is designed to connect, signpost and amplify the people, platforms and work already shaping the sector.
02
VISIBILITY
We believe visibility brings opportunity. By making it easier to see more women, their career stories and examples of progress, we help others realise what’s possible - for themselves, their teams and the wider sector.
03
IMPATIENT AMBITION
We're here to help raise the standard, increase momentum and help the sector move from good intentions to meaningful action at a much faster rate than predicted.
